Certified Med Tech's Responsibilities include:

• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Ensuring that each resident's medication doses are administered properly according to medication guidelines
• Adheres to all applicable infection control procedures
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, eating, transferring) as instructed

Certified Med Tech's Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• DPW Med Tech Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• MUST have Med Certificate, up to date observations and diabetic certificate
