    Make a difference every day. We’re hiring Experienced Med Techs who bring compassion, patience, and heart to their work. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and connection.

    Schedule: Med Tech, Part Time schedules, Full Time potential based on your flexibility

    • Saturday - Monday, Swing Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) - Assisted Living
    • Wednesday - Thursday, Day Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) - Memory Care

    What You’ll Do: As a Medication Technician, you’ll play an essential role in supporting resident health and safety. Daily responsibilities include:

    • Administering prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
    • Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ health or behavior
    • Performing delegated tasks such as blood sugar testing or insulin administration (as assigned)
    • Maintaining proper storage and management of medications
    • Taking and recording vital signs
    • Communicating with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care
    • Acting as a leader and point person during your shift, including responding to emergencies
    • Maintaining a clean, organized medication room and accurate documentation
    • Collaborating closely with caregivers and other team members to support resident well-being

     What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum age 18
    • Previous experience in a Med Tech or Med Aide role
    • A passion for serving seniors and making a difference every day
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Previous medication administration experience using an EMAR systems
    • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

     Physical Demands:

    • Ability to stand /walk up to eight hours per day
    • Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
