Job Description:

Plans, organizes and oversees all work in the laboratory section. Performs established clinical laboratory procedures and examinations in laboratory which require exercise of independent judgment. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the patient. In addition, applicant must possess the ability to assess patient data relative to age specific needs and provide care as described in policies and procedures.

Education/Skills Required:

NYSDOH Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required

BS in Medical Technology or related science preferred

Sign On Bonus & Relocation:

Candidate may be eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000. Certain terms and condition apply. UVMH employees are not eligible.

Candidate may be eligible for a relocation package of up to $6,000 if moving more than 120 miles from AHMC. Certain terms and conditions apply. UVMH employees are not eligible.
