We’re looking for a Media Coordinator to join our team and help facilitate innovative, high-impact media campaigns. You’ll support our Media Planning team in developing, executing, and overseeing media plans and buys, while ensuring our clients’ visions come to life. This role reports directly to the assigned Media Planner and plays a crucial role in executing flawless campaigns.

What You'll Do:

• Understand and align with clients' unique goals to deliver tailored media strategies.

• Source and negotiate inventory with media publishers to secure the best possible placements.
• \n
• Assist in the development and presentation of comprehensive media strategies that drive results.
• \n
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of campaign execution, from planning to post-campaign recap.
• \n
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless, on-time delivery.
• \n
• Stay ahead of evolving media trends and uncover new opportunities for clients.
• \n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media publishers and clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• \n
• At least 2 years of experience working at a media company or at an adverting, PR or marketing agency.
• \n
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• \n
• Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution.
• \n
• A collaborative team player who can also take ownership of tasks independently.
• \n
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
