The Media Coordinator supports day-to-day operations within the Media Supply Chain organization, ensuring the successful coordination, tracking, processing, and delivery of digital media assets across multiple platforms and partners. This role works closely with Content Operations, QC, Fulfillment, and Distribution teams to support large-scale media initiatives and maintain accurate timelines, deliverables, and asset readiness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. This position plays a key role in supporting content launches, operational workflows, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with programming, production, business, and operations teams to coordinate content orders, tracking, and distribution of localization deliverables including video, subtitles, metadata, dubs, and accessibility services.
  • Track launch dates, broadcast schedules, processing timelines, and delivery milestones across linear and non-linear platforms.
  • Support large-scale media projects by maintaining task lists, timelines, documentation, and deliverables while escalating delays or open items as needed.
  • Register, quality check, and validate ingested content and metadata prior to delivery to internal and external distribution platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational trackers, systems, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and communicate status updates regarding content readiness, deliverables, timelines, and operational risks to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with onboarding distributors and vendors to support content delivery workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing assets, schedule components, and ancillary media files.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues throughout content preparation, asset creation, processing, and delivery stages.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in digital media, broadcast media, content operations, project coordination, or media supply chain environments.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent technical training and relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Superior customer service and follow-up skills.

Preferred (Optional):

  • Familiarity with media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery, and distribution workflows.
  • Experience supporting customers or teams across multiple time zones in a 24-hour operational environment.
  • Understanding of Digital Asset Management, scheduling systems, rights management, or finance systems.
  • Familiarity with entertainment and media programming operations.
  • Knowledge of broadcast or digital media operations equipment and workflows.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $29.50 – $39.50 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
