Job Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $29.00hr - $34.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of Media or Marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as support across the team for international media planning needs including building campaign briefs.
  • Assist with creative asset management and delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to project manage asset requests.
  • Monitor live confirmations.
  • Create and track PO/invoices.
  • Provide ad hoc admin support as needed.

Nice to Have:

  • International or Entertainment experience is preferred but not required.

Qualification And Education:

  • 1+ years of Media or Marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
