Media Engineer
Location: The Woodlands, Texas (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract to Perm
Role Overview
This position supports the transformation of how content is acquired, produced, and distributed, while ensuring high levels of quality, efficiency, and resiliency. As a Media Engineer II, you will be at the crossroads of hardware and software-based technology. The role focuses on the sustainability of existing technology within a tiered sustainment model, escalating from a shared operations team. You will resolve complex issues and perform system integration, documentation, and preventative engineering.

Education: A high school degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ensuring the efficient sustainment, uptime, and stability of live television production and distribution environments is necessary.

This position requires full onsite support due to the physical requirements of the role, including managing systems in equipment rooms and supporting operators. The role may involve working 12-hour shifts. The ability to climb ladders, work on raised structures, operate lift platforms, and possess a valid driver's license is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $56.00 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that may be impacted by factors such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location. Our benefits package for eligible employees includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and sick time.
