    Assists

    the

    school

    in

    the

    overall

    operation

    of

    the

    Student

    Commons.

    Helps

    organize

    and

    maintain

    the

    routine

    operation

    of

    the

    school

    Student

    Commons;

    receives,

    processes,

    circulates,

    and

    shelves

    print

    and

    non-print

    materials.

    Monitors

    student

    activities

    for

    the

    purpose

    of

    maintaining

    a

    safe

    environment

    conducive

    to

    learning.

    Textbook

    management

    including

    distribution/collection

    of

    student

    textbooks,

    maintaining

    inventory

    of

    student

    textbooks/teachers

    resources

    and

    evaluating

    student

    textbooks

    for

    the

    purpose

    of

    rebounding.

    Processes

    notices

    of

    missing

    and

    damaged

    classroom

    materials

    for

    the

    purpose

    of

    providing

    and/or

    maintaining

    access

    to

    library

    resources

    and

    securing

    reimbursement

    for

    losses.

    Maintains

    the

    Student

    Commons

    in

    a

    clean

    and

    orderly

    condition.

    Operates

    on-line

    computer

    terminals

    and

    stand-alone

    computers.

    Provides

    technical

    support

    to

    students

    using

    the

    Student

    Commons.

    Assists

    students

    with

    special

    class

    projects.

    Assists

    in

    maintaining

    the

    discipline

    of

    students

    and

    monitoring

    student

    use

    of

    electronic

    media.
