The Marketing Department of Arnold & Porter has an opening for Media Relations & Rankings Coordinator in the Washington, DC office. The Media Relations & Rankings Coordinator is a full-time position that provides media relations support for the department. The primary focus is coordinating legaldirectories, rankings, assigned industry surveys, and award nominations for the firm, practice areas, and individual attorneys. The Coordinator also keeps track of all current rankings for the firm, updates attorney bios with current rankings, and maintains the recognition section of the firm's website. The Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining a schedule for Chambers USA editorial submissions, coordinating a significant portion of editorial submissions, and arranging phone interviews for attorneys and Chambers' researchers. The Coordinator is also responsible for writing and obtaining approval for awards and "Top Lawyer" nominations for the firm, for promoting successful placements by obtaining reprints and promoting on the website, for writing fact sheets for rankings/news summaries and assists pull. The Coordinator will also leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance research, drafting, tracking, and reporting processes across rankings and media relations activities.
