Title: Property Media & Listing Specialist Reports to: Director of Marketing & Acquisitions Location: Kaukauna, WI 54130 Pay: Starting at $20+ (based on experience) We’re looking for a Property Media & Listing Specialist to own how our available apartments show up online—from capturing the media to getting it live. This role is part photographer, visual merchandiser, field operator, air-traffic controller, and quality-control fanatic. WHAT YOU’LL DO Capture It: The shot list is the minimum. Creativity is the differentiator.
Manage the Pipeline: The goal: nobody should ever have to ask, “Did we get pictures of that unit?” You'll use our Unit Vacancy Detail Report and construction schedule to determine what's vacant, what's coming ready, what needs media, and where you need to be next.
Get It Live: You'll also help manage our listings across Apartments.com, Zillow, our ILS platforms, and property management system, including:
YOU'LL BE GREAT AT THIS IF YOU Have a strong visual eye, are exceptionally organized, can work independently, manage competing priorities, learn reporting systems, and have attention to detail bordering on mildly annoying. You don't need ten years of professional photography experience. You do need ownership. See an outdated listing? Fix it. Bad photo? Replace it. Unit coming ready? Plan for it. Find a killer angle that isn't on the shot list? Take the shot. THE BOTTOM LINE Thousands of prospective residents will see your work before they ever move into one of our communities. You're responsible for that first impression. Some days you'll be shooting. Some days you'll be editing. Some days you'll be figuring out where you need to be next. Find it. Frame it. Capture it. Get it live. Make it stand out. Then move on to the next one. |
