OVERVIEW:

Media Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of paid media campaigns, including video, audio, live sports, linear TV, display, social, OOH, DOOH, search, affiliate, etc.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external media partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively

  • Assist in evaluating media publisher proposals and provide a POV as it relates to the media campaign

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor media performance using key metrics such as impressions, engagement, conversions, traffic, and ROAS

  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.

  • Assist in A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve effectiveness.

  • Work with the agency and internal teams to prepare reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign objectives

  • Coordinate milestone meetings for media campaign planning

  • Facilitate venter meetings and assist in supporting overall team education sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications

  • 3-5 years experience in Media Agency, Advertising Agency, Media Planning, Media Buying

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative

  • Self-motivated & results oriented

  • Detailed - oriented

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Targeted Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
