Summary: We are seeking a Media Systems Regional Engineer based in Los Angeles, tasked with ensuring the reliability and consistency of various technical and creative spaces across the portfolio. The role involves extensive collaboration with global engineering teams to manage support standards and lead technology deployments. Suitable candidates will possess deep technical expertise in media system infrastructure and demonstrate a calm, solutions-oriented approach in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for complex AV and network systems across multiple facilities.
- Conduct routine and emergency calibrations for audio and video equipment to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with network engineering teams to ensure seamless media data flow and system connectivity.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional Media System Engineering issues, coordinating with external vendors and global teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and continuously identify system improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in AV systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong ability to perform audio and video calibrations.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital cinema or live broadcast environments.
