Job Description:
The Medicaid Specialist will support patients through the Medicaid application process. This includes explaining program eligibility, guiding individuals through income and asset structuring, and ensuring accurate and timely application submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain the Medicaid application process and eligibility criteria
- Ensure complete and accurate Medicaid applications to prevent delays or denials
Qualifications:
- Medicaid enrollment experience in Connecticut (required)
- Bilingual
- Familiarity with Medicaid rules, asset management, and application submission best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Additional Details:
- Remote
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Overtime available
- Contract-to-hire
