Key Requirements: * Mandatory:Hands-on experience withMedicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) * Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs * Coordinate testing efforts with system project leads and the Department’s IT team * Execute testing scenarios within various systems, review and track results, and assist in defect remediation * Document testing activities and develop feedback reportsto clearly communicate project findings and activities to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both oral and written) * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Experience organizing, leading, and facilitating project-related meetings as needed
