Medical Admin Specialist

Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant, performs, coordinates, and oversees technical and administrative support functions for the Medical Director of the Pat Summitt Clinic. This position provides highly sensitive, proprietary, and confidential support to the medical director. The responsibilities require the exercise of independent judgment and sufficient knowledge of the role of the medical director. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently with little supervision, be well-organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and efficient. He/she must have expert written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail.

Position Qualification:

HS diploma or GED required

3-5 years of experience

A.S, B.S. Degree preferred
