The Essentials Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week | Monday - FridayLocation: Fairlawn, OHSpecialty: Pain ManagementTravel: Occasional travel between Clinic locations What You'll Do Coordinate surgery, procedure, clinic, and diagnostic scheduling for assigned physicians and advanced practice providers.Schedule pre-operative testing, obtain medical clearances, coordinate special equipment, and secure insurance authorizations and precertifications.Prepare surgical packets, review provider pre-operative instructions with patients, and route clinical questions to appropriate staff.Submit surgical billing charges, reconcile orders, and support accurate and timely documentation. What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or GED required.Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, medical office, or secretarial experience preferred.Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy preferred. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; Excel experience preferred.
