Responsibilities
- Respond to hospital calls and provide support to survivors
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support
- Assist with safety planning and resource referrals
- Accompany survivors through medical and legal processes
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community agencies
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends
