Responsibilities
Respond to hospital calls and provide support to survivors
Offer crisis intervention and emotional support
Assist with safety planning and resource referrals
Accompany survivors through medical and legal processes
Coordinate with healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community agencies
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends
