Clinical & Aesthetic Medical Assistant
Location: Plano, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18–$22/hour

At Pediatric Offices at Willow Bend and Wellness at the Spa, we’re passionate about providing exceptional care for pediatric, allergy and holistic spa patients in a warm, collaborative environment. We’re currently seeking a Clinical/Aesthetic Medical Assistant who is personable, motivated, and eager to grow with a dynamic and compassionate team.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Accurately obtain and record vitals and medical histories.
- Assist with Med Spa services including IV therapy and subcutaneous/IM injections.
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision.
- Handle laboratory specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
- Provide exceptional Allergy care to children and adults .
- Coordinate appointments and maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Educate and support patients throughout their care journey.
- Help at the front desk as needed — front office experience is a plus!
What You Bring:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Experience in a clinical or medical office setting a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and standard clinical practices.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, team-focused setting.
- Proficiency with EHR systems.
- Phlebotomy and IV skills.
