Position Overview BOYD Medical Aestheticians provide exceptional service and clinical care to patients seeking aesthetic treatments. This role focuses on educating patients about aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and treatment plans designed to help them achieve their individual goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and patient experience.
Medical Aestheticians are responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, maintaining accurate patient documentation, supporting practice operations, and collaborating with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Licensure and Professional Expectations
Maintain a valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and punctual attendance.
Adhere to all practice policies regarding marketing, social media participation and brand representation.
Uphold HIPPA compliance in all patient interactions, documentation and communication.
Participate in all required trainings, staff meetings, and educational opportunities.
Clinical Treatment Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, non-invasive laser treatments, radiofrequency devices, and face and body contouring procedures.
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations for aesthetic and laser services.
Recommend appropriate skincare regimens and educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
