Job Title: Medical Assembler II
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
Timing: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable using computers and configuring software following work instructions.
  • Ability to learn:
    • Connecting and testing accessories to the product
    • Packaging the final product, including labeling for final customer use
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices, including FDA guidelines
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Responsibilities:
Assembler II - nCare

As a member of our dedicated manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing a medical device that has the potential to revolutionize patient care.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our Quality System Policies by referencing and explaining written line procedures.
  • Complete and maintain accurate written records of manufacturing operations on production documentation.
  • Understand and carry out instructions from the Supervisor or Lead regarding priorities, work schedules, special assignments, job standards, and related information required to build medical devices.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and analyze results to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Address technical challenges and troubleshoot device performance issues to ensure optimal functionality.
