Key Responsibilities
· Assemble electronic and mechanical medical device components and subassemblies.
· Work with modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, cables, and related assemblies.
· Follow diagrams, schematics, process instructions, and visual work aids.
· Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
· Perform continuity checks, basic testing, and quality inspections.
· Rework, modify, disassemble, and reassemble products as required.
· Support prototype and experimental builds.
· Complete production documentation and records accurately.
· Maintain compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
· Assist with packaging, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling when needed.
Summary:
Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical medical device components and subassemblies in a regulated manufacturing environment. Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and quality procedures to build, test, inspect, and rework medical devices while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. Support prototype and production builds, maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, and assist with packaging, material handling, inventory, shipping, and receiving activities to support overall medical device manufacturing operations.
