Key Responsibilities
• Assemble small and large catheter components using hand tools and production equipment.
• Follow visual aids, work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and process flow sheets.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and dip tanks as required.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Conduct continuity checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or production assemblies when required.
• Support production, packaging, inventory, shipping, and receiving activities as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Assemble catheter and medical device components by following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Perform production, inspection, testing, rework, and packaging activities while operating hand tools, production equipment, and testing devices. Ensure product quality through in-process and final inspections, support inventory and shipping operations, report equipment issues, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
