Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2 years of medical device or ISO assembly experience.
- 2–3 years of assembly experience without a diploma.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Able to work in a clean room environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience using microscopes and measuring tools.
- Familiarity with soldering irons, ultrasonic welders, and test equipment.
- Basic Microsoft Windows proficiency.
