Now hiring for a Medical Assembly Worker

Location: Brooklyn Center, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedules:

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10 PM - 6 AM

Must be able to complete 3 day of orientation on the 1st shift.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience required; medical device assembly experience preferred.
• Microscope experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
• Comfortable using computers for documentation, work instructions, and production records.
• Strong manual dexterity, steady hand, and commitment to following detailed procedures and quality standards.

Job Duties

• Assemble small, precision components in a clean room manufacturing environment using tweezers and specialized tools.
• Perform detailed assembly work under a microscope while following blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Conduct quality inspections using visual inspection techniques and measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.
• Accurately document production activities and inspection results using computer-based systems.
