Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join a busy clinical team in Tacoma, WA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
- Manage in-basket tasks (messages, follow-ups, coordination)
- Complete clinical documentation and paperwork
- Assist providers with daily clinical workflow
Required Qualifications:
- Active Medical Assistant – Certified (MA-C) credential
- Strong clinical and administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
