Provides direct patient care as ordered and directed by physician, including administration of medications, performing diagnostic tests, completing referral authorization and instructing patient/client about treatment/work status. Performs drug screens.
Maintains organization of clinical areas and restocks inventory as needed. Assists with all clinical/clerical tasks as needed to provide service excellence.
Must demonstrate an ability to work effectively with patients in all specialty and subspecialty categories, both urgent and non-urgent in nature.
Requirements:
• Associate degree in a medical vocation field: MCCT, LPN, CMA. • Current LPN license or CMA certification preferred. • High school diploma or GED. • Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification by the American Heart Association.
