 Full-Time Medical Assistant (MA)Frank R. Laurri, MD & Associates, PC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our team!We are a fast-paced primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to our adult patients at our Niagara Falls and Clarence locations. We are looking for an MA who is dependable, team-oriented, clinically skilled, and committed to providing excellent patient care.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare patients for examinations, including obtaining vital signs, height, weight, and BMI.Interview patients to update medical histories and medication lists and confirm the reason for the visit.Perform point-of-care testing and collect laboratory specimens.Perform EKGs and PFTs.Process prescription requests.Complete chart preparation according to the practice quality checklist.Manage incoming documents and assist with completing necessary forms.Communicate with patients regarding questions, follow-up instructions, and scheduling of testing ordered by providers.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious work experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.Strong clinical and patient-care skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Medent EMR experience is helpful.Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.Compensation$19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.ScheduleFull-TimeMonday–FridayOn-site, daytime hoursNo weekend hoursBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental, vision, and life insuranceFree parkingPaid lunchOpportunities for advancement and professional growthJoin Our Team!If you are a dedicated Medical Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you!Join Frank R.
