- BLS, CMA
- Dermatology Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
- Schedule: 5x8hr (Mon - Fri /// OFF weekends)
- Experience: 6 months of experience working as an MA-C in an adult/pediatric outpatient clinic setting is REQUIRED, dermatology setting is preferred
- REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Vital Signs:
- Obtain Vital Signs
- Prepare for Exam:
- Positioning/Draping
- Record History/Medications/Allergies
- Set Up and Assist with Procedures:
- Biopsy
- Dressing Change
- Set up aseptic / sterile procedure trays
- Specimen Collection:
- Labeling of specimens
- Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- Aseptic Technique
- Rooming Patients
- Suture Removal
- Wound care
- Type of Facility: Dermatology Clinic
- Charting: EPIC (experience REQUIRED)
