Job Description Immediate
Medical Assistant contract position available for our physician practice group in Howard Beach, NY. Experience with Family Medicine or Primary Care a plus!
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr 10:00am - 6:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) 4 days per week
Responsibilities:
Obtain the patient's medical history and document in the electronic medical record Medical chart review, assisting providers, rooming patients, taking patient vital signs, EKG, phlebotomy and preparation of exam rooms Assist with front desk responsibilities, if needed
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program and at least 6 months MA experience BLS Certification Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment EPIC system experience a plus Show more Skills
