Job Summary
We are located at 1 Hutchinson Drive in Davers, MA. This Mass General Brigham practice provides Primary Care services. Our primary care physicians specialize in Internal Medicine.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to work onsite Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM.
This position works closely alongside a provider in a 1:1 support model, in partnership with another Medical Assistant. The provider sees a combination of primary care and dermatology patients, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant to support both routine primary care visits and dermatology-focused care.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both primary care and procedural-based clinical settings. Dermatology experience is highly preferred, as the role involves assisting with dermatologic procedures, administering injections, performing suture removal, and supporting other in-office procedures. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing routine primary care responsibilities with procedural dermatology support.
Summary:
The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
