Small, High-Quality Concierge Rheumatology Practice

We are looking for a warm, personable, reliable Medical Assistant to join our small, low-volume concierge rheumatology practice.

\n

\n

Our focus is on providing high-quality, personalized care rather than seeing a large number of patients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a calm, close-knit environment, wants to learn new skills, and is interested in growing with a small practice.

\n

\n

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

\n

Pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

• Provide warm, personalized patient care and build strong patient rapport

\n

• Assist with both clinical and front-office duties

\n

• Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with intake forms

\n

• Perform blood draws/phlebotomy

\n

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with patients

\n

• Assist with check-in/check-out and general office tasks

\n

• Assist with prior authorizations and insurance-related tasks

\n

• Help manage our small in-house pharmacy

\n

• Prepare and coordinate a limited number of monthly specialty medication prescriptions for our own patients

\n

• Learn new clinical, administrative, pharmacy, and practice-management skills

\n

• Multitask and help wherever needed in our small practice

\n
