THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT

As a Medical Assistant in our advanced specialty clinic, you will support providers and patients through a blend of clinical, administrative, and technical responsibilities, including:

• Patient rooming and preparation
• Managing inbound patient phone calls
• Medication refills
• Processing medication prior authorizations
• Responding to patient portal messages
• Stocking exam rooms and ensuring clinical readiness
• Ordering supplies
• Capturing vitals with accuracy and professionalism

Your contributions directly support high-level diagnostic and treatment services for conditions such as POTS, pelvic venous disorders, fibroids, long COVID, and other complex vascular issues.

OUR IDEAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to clinical excellence
• Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience
