In response to COVID 19 Lakeside Ophthalmology Center is following safety protocols in order to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patients.Our busy Ophthalmology office is looking for a reliable, friendly, and qualified medical assistant to join our team. Full/part time employment available. The medical assistant is essential during the patient visit working side by side with the doctor. In this position you will accompany the doctor in the room and scribe clinical finding into the patient's electronic health record. Other duties may include clinical testing, venipuncture, stocking rooms, preauthorizations for medications and patient follow up calls. One year of medical office assisting, venipuncture and excellent computer skills a must.
