    Medical Assistant/LPN (Behavioral Health)

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

    As the MA/LPN, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical and administrative functions of our practice. You'll be responsible for assisting our healthcare providers with patient care, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
    • Administer medications and injections as directed by a physician or other healthcare provider.
    • Manage patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Manage patient flow and handle patient inquiries.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining office supplies.
    • Medical Assistant certification or LPN license required.
    • Previous experience as an MA/LPN.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, psychiatric diagnoses, and medications.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR.
