Job Title: Medical Assistant (MA) – Outpatient Clinic
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers in managing daily patient flow, conducting clinical intake, capturing vital signs, and supporting routine clinical operations across ambulatory clinic care areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Intake & Rooming: Greet patients, capture vital signs, record health histories, and prepare patients for provider evaluations.
Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers during examinations, minor clinical procedures, and treatment care plans.
Clinic Operations: Assist with administrative intake, room prep, supply stocking, and maintaining clean, compliant exam spaces.
Unit Versatility: Demonstrate flexibility to float to related ambulatory clinic specialty areas or locations as assigned to support daily staffing needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Clinical Experience: Minimum 2+ years of current experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or outpatient setting [Required].
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to float across clinic service lines or locations as operational needs require [Required].
Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills, solid clinical rooming abilities, high reliability, and a collaborative team attitude.
