This role includes both administrative and clinical responsibilities such as patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, and performing radiologic imaging within the defined scope of practice. The position requires adherence to regulatory standards, patient safety protocols, and organizational policies. QualificationsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED. Current Texas Limited Medical Radiology Technologist License (Medical Radiologic Technologist - Limited Certificate) which includes chest, upper and lower extremities (includes shoulder), spine, and pediatric categories. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Preferred Job Requirements:Completion of an accredited LMRT or NCT program. Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient clinical settings.
