Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant Certification preferredProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and be flexible with workload. Ability to effectively communicate with community members, staff, and shareholders of all levels.Bilingual preferred.Key Responsibilities:Measuring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate).Assisting with patient examinations and procedures.Performing basic medical procedures under supervision, such as administering injections, drawing blood, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.Providing basic wound care and applying dressings.Recording patient information, medical histories, and vital signs accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or medical charts.Ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.Patient Education:Explaining procedures, medications, and follow-up instructions to patients.Answering patient questions and addressing concerns regarding their healthcare.All other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
