About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome patients and perform intake, including vital signs and medical histories
• Room patients efficiently and document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and day‑to‑day clinical needs
• Support triage and perform EKGs as needed
• Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and patient‑ready
• Help maintain steady patient flow in a busy primary care office
• Deliver compassionate, professional care at every interaction

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Medical Assistant diploma or certification
• Ideally, at least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Strong patient care and clinical support skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities

Nice to Have:

• Primary care experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
