Schedule:6:45 AM-3:30 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support a leading healthcare organization in the Medical Center area of Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified Medical Assistant who is confident providing hands-on patient care and administering injections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

   

• Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.

   

• Assist providers with routine clinical procedures.

   

• Administer injections safely and accurately as directed.

   

• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and clinical supplies.

   

• Follow proper infection control and patient safety procedures.

   

• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and clinical staff.

   

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

   

• Support the clinical team with daily patient care and workflow.

   

Qualifications

• BLS certification required

   

• National Medical Assistant certification required

   

• Demonstrated ability to administer injections

   

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

   

• Excellent attention to detail

   

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

   

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
