Medical Assistant

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility. 
 
Job Details: 
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm  Mountain Time
Location: Remote 
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $21/hour to $23.40/hour* 
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Make approximately 100 outbound patient calls daily to discuss preventive healthcare services and close care gaps.

• Follow approved scripts to ask health-related questions, provide approved information, and schedule appointments.

• Review patient records and accurately document call outcomes, patient responses, and follow-ups in Epic or a similar EHR.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School 
• Certification(s): Medical Assistant certification.
• Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Medical Assistant experience
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Ability to handle approximately 100 outbound calls daily, Experience with Epic or a similar EHR system and Strong telephone communication
