Job Description:
The Medical Assistant for the Plastics service line is responsible for coordinating and scheduling tests ordered by surgeons, providing patients with clear instructions for pre-surgical and pre-test preparation, and accurately recording facility-based charges. This role requires maintaining a positive, professional demeanor while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with patients, providers, coworkers, and partner facilities.
