What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient information
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers during patient visits
• Perform basic clinical and administrative duties
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Assist with specimen collection and other clinical tasks as permitted by training and credentials
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow all applicable health care regulations
