About Us
Kairos is an outcomes-focused pain relief and recovery center built to help people feel better in their bodies and lives—not through quick fixes, but through intentional, whole-person care. We address pain, tension, and nervous system overload through non-invasive services delivered under The Kairos Method.
This is not a traditional clinical setting. Our work centers on creating calm, consistency, and safety for individuals navigating physical discomfort and stress.
What You’ll Do
- Support intake processes, including vitals collection and documentation
- Assist providers during services and procedures as appropriate
- Enter and maintain accurate records in EMR systems
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized service spaces and supplies
- Uphold privacy, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate clearly with team members to support daily operations and flow
Key Outcomes
- Intake Accuracy & Consistency: Maintain 98–100% accuracy in data collection and complete intake within 5 minutes of scheduled service start
- Flow & Readiness: Ensure service spaces are fully prepared and support 90%+ on-time starts
- Client Experience: Contribute to 90%+ satisfaction scores through calm, clear, and respectful interactions
- Documentation & Compliance: Achieve 100% same-day EMR completion with zero preventable compliance violations
- Team Reliability: Maintain 95%+ reliability in attendance, responsiveness, and task completion
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or recovery-related setting
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and injections
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professionalism
Preferred:
- Experience in non-traditional, wellness, or recovery-focused environments
- Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation workflows
- Experience supporting fast-paced, client-facing operations
