Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday: 8:45 AM–12:00 PM & 1:45 PM–6:00 PM | Friday: 8:45 AM–1:00 PM

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Strong patient care and customer service skills
• Ability to take vital signs and accurately document patient information
• Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join a growing healthcare practice in Tulsa on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing hands-on patient care and wants to be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for every patient.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information
• Assist providers during patient examinations and treatments
• Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
• Assist with laboratory procedures, testing, and other clinical duties as directed
• Support patient screenings and preventive health services
• Educate patients on instructions provided by the healthcare team
• Assist with patient follow-up and appointment coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during every interaction

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in a physician office, specialty clinic, urgent care, family practice, or other healthcare setting is preferred
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus but not required (adjust if certification is required)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
• Interest in preventive care, wellness, and helping patients achieve better health outcomes
