Well-established pain management clinic seeking an enthusiastic Medical Assistant/ Study Coordinator to join their team!
Duties & responsibilities:
ECG experience
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Escort patient to and from exam room.
Records patient data in EHR at each visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies & medication changes.
Data entry and filing
Insurance experience a plus
Obtains all necessary consents/authorizations prior to treatment or procedure
Schedules surgeries, patient referrals, and appointments as required.
Prepare and stock exam rooms & procedure rooms
Follows all exam & treatment room disinfections, OSHA and HIPAA protocols
Maintain efficient patient flow
Displays excellent customer service, verbal & written communication and attention to detail.
Patient Triage Experience a plus!
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 8am-5pm
Pay: $18 per hour
