Medical Assistant (Field Clinical Coordinator)
\nLocation: Waco, TX
\nDuration: Long Term
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nThe Field Clinical Coordinator supports nurses and healthcare teams in the effective use of clinical devices and systems, ensuring smooth installation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.
\nCore Responsibilities:
\n• Train nurses and caregivers on device usage, maintenance, and best practices
\n• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and technical support
\n• Coordinate installation, setup, calibration, and testing of clinical devices
\n• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and facility protocols
\n• Maintain service logs, installation records, and issue reports
\n• Manage device inventory, replacements, and tracking
\n• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and installation teams for seamless operations
\n• Support telehealth coordination and basic patient monitoring assistance
\nRequirements:
\n• experience in clinical coordination, medical devices, or healthcare support
\n• Strong communication, training, and troubleshooting skills
\n• Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver's license are required.
