    Launch Your Healthcare Education Career

Are you a graduate with a BSN and an MA credential (CMA/RMA) looking to start your career in academic leadership? Orion Technical College, formerly Hamilton, is offering a unique opportunity to grow with us during a strategic period of expansion.

We are seeking a credentialed professional to assume the role of Program Lead for our Medical Assisting program, with the potential to be promoted to Program Director of Undergraduate Studies for Nursing & Allied Health in early 2026. This position will initially support instructional delivery for Allied Health programs and transition into a leadership role as enrollment grows. This includes overseeing adjunct staff and contributing to the growth of the RN to BSN program through instruction and leadership.

Qualified candidates may also be eligible to pursue one of our Master's in Nursing programs tuition-free. Feel free to share this opportunity with qualified candidates.

    What You'll Do

    • Teach courses in nursing and allied health programs as credentialing allows.
    • Recruit, mentor, and guide faculty.

    • Participate in curriculum development, program improvement, and strategic planning.

    What We're Looking For

    • BSN and current MA credential (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
    • Recent graduates are welcome; leadership potential is key.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
    • Passion for teaching and mentoring.
    • Willingness to begin part-time with potential to transition to full-time.

Why This is a Great Opportunity

    • Gain real-world leadership experience early in your career.
    • Be part of a rapidly expanding college.
    • Tuition-free Master's in Nursing opportunity (subject to requirements).
    • Shape the future of students and programs.
