Medical Asst Urgent Care

The Medical Assistant assists the staff and physician by collection of pertinent patient information needed to determine physical and psychological needs, address and identify health problems, performs selected treatments, diagnostic procedures and routine duties. The MA functions as a member of team with responsibilities commensurate with training and demonstrated competencies. Direct patient care is provided to patients of all ages.

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required

2. Basic Life Support Certificate required

3. Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred
