What your day will look like:
- Prepare patient accounts, verify benefits, and communicate essential information to keep the team fully supported.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through online portals or by phone
- Review patient accounts prior to upcoming appointments and identify any missing information needed before the visit
- Record co?pays, deductibles, and other patient?responsibility amounts to be collected at the time of service
- Document all relevant insurance and benefit details in patient accounts to ensure the front office team is fully prepared

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of medical insurance processes
- Experience with ECW or other EMR system
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams to support efficient patient experience
