POSITION
Dispute Resolution Rep IPosition Type: Temporary/Temp-Hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Onsite
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 - 4 Months, possibly longer.
DESCRIPTION Our client is looking for a highly motivated lien negotiator and assistant for their dispute resolution team. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in bill negotiations or California workers' compensation claims IEA certificate or California Certificate of Self Insurance a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Dispute Resolution team members by creating plans of action and status reports
- Contact providers to obtain bills and medical reports
- Review and summarize medical reports
- Analyze and develop legal arguments
- Telephone negotiations with providers
- Communicate professionally with clients and providers
- Manage account inventory
REQUIREMENTS- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of California Labor Code statutes, Rules and Regulations, case law, and California workers' compensation fee schedules a plus
- Enjoy working within a team setting
